BwD E Learning Service

Final details of the conference (23rd March at Ewood Park) have now been sent to all schools. 

We are fortunate to have 3 nationally known speakers: 

• John Davitt, author of Accelerated Learning meets ICT. An extremely entertaining and informative speaker.
• Dave Whiley, ICT Consultant for Wolverhampton, will demonstrate work on a mobile learning project, in which students had access to handheld technology 24/7.
• Ruth Hammond, from Becta, will talk about “e-safety” and point teachers to suitable advice and guidance.

There will also be a choice of seminars: voting kits; games for learning; the ICT Mark and E Learning for foundation subject leaders. In addition to all of the above – there will be an exhibition of the latest hardware and software from a number of suppliers.
